About the founder: Alhoussény WAGGEH
Passionate about structuring approaches and methods of change and performance, particularly on the cognitive, technical and organizational aspects, I have acquired the credo that improvement was always possible, if we knew how to activate the right levers!
These last 12 years in business have given me the opportunity to establish my business expertise in order to create breakthroughs in line with the expected challenges.
The weather, travels around the world and numerous encounters taught me above all that the fulfillment and well-being of people were essential to any project. I decided to create EMERGIUM in order to offer my clients tailor-made services adapted to their problems.
