You no longer like your job, do you feel the urge to evolve professionally? You doubt and need change, but you don't know where or how?
It's probably time to take stock and take a step back.
The skills assessment allowsyouidentify your sources of motivation, your aspirations, assess your personality and build a professional project Or of evolution consistent with yourself.
Being regulated, the skills assessment takes place in 3 stages:
- A preliminary phase: to analyze your needs and define the procedures for carrying out the assessment
- An investigation phase: allows the beneficiary to build his professional project and to study the possible solutions
- A concluding phase: to appropriate the detailed results of the investigation phase, define the means of carrying out the project.
At the end of this assessment, an overall summary will be given to you.
An assessment lasts from 16h to 24h and is spread over a period of 2 to 4 months, at your convenience.
