The purpose is to facilitate the implementation of change essential to your person and your professional development.
No prerequisites are required for coaching. Support is based on a three-party contract and according to your availability.
A coaching extends between 10 and 12 sessions. Each session is between 1h and 1h30, which can be done face-to-face or remotely.

WORKSHOPS (facilitation, team coaching and co-development)
The workshops are used both to create links within a newly formed or broken team and to generate solutions in the face of problematic or unexplored situations.
How ?
Of a predefined duration, the roles will be assigned according to a previously defined framework, to deal with a particular subject or problem.
The contributors will mobilize their creativity, their energy, and their will to obtain a significant result. The beneficiary will then be able to put in place these practical and achievable solutions with regard to the ambition indicated from the outset. For the sake of performance, we recommend teams of reasonable size (8 people maximum)
